By accessing or using the Budi platform (the "Service"), operated by NeuroBazar Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations, harass, abuse, or harm other users, post false, misleading, or fraudulent content, impersonate others, interfere with the operation of the Service, collect user data without consent, or promote discrimination or hate speech. We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive community for all cultures represented on our platform.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by NeuroBazar Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform.
The Settlement Hub provides general information and AI-generated guidance to assist newcomers. This information is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, financial, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific legal or immigration matters. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated recommendations. Government policies and procedures may change; always verify with official sources.
The Marketplace connects buyers with service providers and sellers. NeuroBazar Inc. acts as a platform facilitator and is not a party to transactions between users. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of their services. Buyers assume responsibility for evaluating services before purchasing. Disputes between buyers and sellers should first be resolved through our dispute resolution process. We reserve the right to remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our policies.
Budi uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized recommendations, settlement plans, and community insights. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete and should be used as guidance rather than definitive advice. We are continuously improving our AI systems and appreciate your feedback. AI responses do not constitute professional advice in any field. By using AI features, you acknowledge these limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroBazar Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. Class action waivers apply to the extent permitted by law.
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
